Sunday, March 27 EASTER SUNDAY
- 8:30 am – Pancake Breakfast
- 9:30 am – Worship Service with Holy Communion – Pastor Deborah Ackley-Killian – Sermon: First Words: “Why are you crying.”
- After the Service:
- Easter Egg Hunt for the children.
- Please help us decorate the cross in the front yard with flowers. (The flowers will be provided.)
- MISSION OPPORTUNITIES
- Prayer Shawl Ministry
- We make Prayer Shawls to be given to those in need of prayer, such as those dealing with illness or are shut-ins.
- The United Methodist Women are supporting this effort by making the shawls.
- If you can knit or crochet and would like to make a shawl or if you would like to donate yarn or money for yarn for the project, contact the church at 412-882-2544.
- If you know someone who could receive a prayer shawl, call the church at 412-882-2544.
- Please note at this time, we are not collecting clothes or food for the Washington City Missions until further notice.

Thursday, March 31
- 6:15 pm – Light supper
- 7:00 pm – Service
Saturday, April 2
- 9:00 am – First Food and Friends at First United Methodist Church ( Centre Ave.)
- Come and work in the kitchen to provide a hot meal for the 50-100 clients that depend on this soup kitchen each week.
- No food service experience required!
- 9am – 12 noon
- You get a free lunch too!
