A Walking Group is beginning this Wednesday, Jan. 22, 9:30 am, at Spencer UMC.
This group is for anyone who wants to increase her/his activity level. Sue Hutchins will be leading the group, using videos and heart-pumping music. Comfortable clothing and a sturdy pair of shoes are all that are required.
We will be walking indoors, for now.
