- Pasta and sauce ( plastic jars or pull tab tops are great)
- Cereals
- Pop Tarts
- Canned proteins such as tuna, chicken, ham
- Mac and cheese- not powdered cheese!
- Individual servings of tuna and chicken salad
- Power bars
- Canned fruit or single serve fruits
- Puddings in plastic cups that do not need to be refrigerated
- Peanut butter and jelly in plastic jars
- Peanut butter on the go cups
- Individual drink boxes
- Canned soups ( pull tabs are good)
- Cup of Noodles
- Ramen Noodles
- Hand and foot warmers
