    • John Nilsen Piano Concert – June 15, 2017 at 7pm

      On June 15th, 2017 at 7 pm, the pianist, guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter John Nilsen will perform a concert at Spencer UMC.

      Nilsen is a lifelong Methodist and one of the Pacific Northwest’s most prolific performance and recording artists.

      His hour-long solo piano concert features folk, jazz, and classically-woven compositions, many traditional hymn arrangements, some boogie-woogie, as well as stories about his life and growing up Methodist.

      John is greatly looking forward to sharing his musical gifts at Spencer UMC and for the churches of the South Hills Partnership.

      Since this concert will be during our Beyond Service, there will be a light dinner served at 6:15 p.m.

      All are invited. We would like to have a nice sized crowd for this event, so please invite your family & friends.

      Sunday service was held by Paster Matt Price and was titled “Come Creator Spirit”.
