December 8, 2013 marks the 106th year anniversary of Fairhaven United Methodist Church at its current location. Richard Cummings (Fairhaven Historian and Member) recounted Fairhaven’s importance in the community and touched on some of its past history. Fairhaven serves as a beacon in the neighborhood and continues to play an important role in the community.

Sunday Service was led by Pastor Sue Hutchins and the Sermon was titled “Set Us Free”.

This week was the Second Sunday of Advent and the Advent Candle of Peace was lit.
